Shiraz province

Shiraz:

* Takht-e Jamshid or Persepolis, the ceremonial Capital of the Achemenian Empire (constructed between 330–550 BC)
* Naqsh-e Rostam (ancient royal necropolis of the Achemenian)
* Naqsh-e Rajab (bas-reliefs from 3rd century AD
* Pasargadae, the capital of the Achemenian Empire under Cyrus the Great (559–530 BC)

* Arg-e Karim Khan or The citadel of the Regent, built in 1766.
* Vakil Mosque, built between 1751- 1773
* Atiq mosque or Friday mosque (built in 11th C.)
* Madrasa of Khan built in 1615
* Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, built in Qajar period (19th c.)
* Hafezieh mausoleum, built in 1925, 0n honor of the 14th c. grand poet of Iran.
* Sa’di mausoleum, built in 1950 on honor of the 13th c. grand poet of Iran,
* Eram’s Botanical Garden, complex of Gardens and house & Botanical Garden, established in 1983.
* Narenjestan Garden or Qavam House built in late 19th century
* Zinat al-Molk House, built in 1911.
* Quran Gateway, old entrance gate of the city.
* The mausoleum of Shah Tcheragh (King of Light)

Neyriz:

* Masdjed-e jameh or Friday mosque built in the 17th c.

Sarvestan:

* Sarvestân palace or pavilion (built in Sassanian period 4th century)

Izad-Khast complex:

* ruins of Izad-Khast Castle, a caravanserai, and an old bridge built in 1779.

Bishabour:

* The most important Sassanian (3th C.) city of Fars or even Iran with six Sassanid rock reliefs.

Firozabad:

*Ruins of an Ancient royal city (Palace), founded by Ardashir I between (220- 241)
